2. Daily Household Assistance Services Aids clients in completing daily household chores, including dishwashing, cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.

3. Social Community Activity Support Assists in basic activities such as banking, paying bills at the post office, visiting family and friends, and participating in community festivals.

4. Transportation Support Services Assists clients in scheduling medical appointments, visiting hospitals or pharmacies, purchasing mobility aids, providing health therapy support, and participating in outings and excursions.

5. Garden Maintenance Services Provides services including lawn mowing, weed removal, hedge trimming, tree branch pruning, and garden waste removal.

6. Household Routine and Deep Cleaning Services Utilizes professional equipment for routine or deep cleaning, ensuring quality and efficiency. Includes services like window and glass cleaning, ceiling mold disinfection, bathroom tile and wall grime removal, high-temperature steam disinfection of carpets, deep cleaning of mattresses and sofas, and thorough kitchen cleaning such as stoves, range hoods, and ovens.

7. Technical Assistance for Computers, Tablets, Phones, and Wi-Fi Networks Assists clients in using technology devices like computers, tablets, phones, setting up home networks, printers, and performing simple troubleshooting tasks.

6. Can I change my Home Care Services provider?

If you're unsatisfied with your current home care provider, you can change to a new one at any time. Your provider is responsible for supporting your transition to a new one. Contact us or the government's My Aged Care service department for details.

Requirements: with Certificates in Aged Care at Level 3 or above, Australia National Police Check, First Aid certificate, no specific work experience required. For those enrolled in Aged Care courses, we offer paid internship opportunities (120 work hours signatures).
